Do you do both plumbing and electrical?
Yes. Moral Service is licensed in both, which means one team and one call for jobs that need a plumber, an electrician, or both.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. QLD Plumbing Licence #15290166, QLD Electrical Licence #89994, NSW Licence #455163C, and we carry full insurance.
Do you give free quotes?
For most jobs, yes. If we can price it from a call or a few photos (a hot water swap, a new tap, extra power points), the quote is free and the price is fixed.
If the problem needs finding first, like a hidden leak, a tripping circuit or a drain that keeps blocking, we book a diagnosis visit for $88 inc GST. That covers the first 30 minutes on site. Go ahead with the repair within 14 days and the $88 comes off your invoice.
What areas do you cover?
The whole Gold Coast, from the southern beaches up to the northern suburbs.
Will the price change after you start the work?
No. Once you approve the fixed price, that’s what you pay. If something genuinely unforeseen turns up, we stop and talk to you before going any further.
If a fault takes longer than 30 minutes to track down, extra investigation is $165/hr inc GST, charged in 15-minute blocks. We’ll let you know before we run past the first 30 minutes.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Every job on your home comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If a problem is caused by how we installed or repaired something, we come back and fix it at no charge for as long as our work is in place. Parts we supply are covered for 12 months, and blocked drains cleared with our CCTV and jet rodding combo carry a 90-day guarantee. What are your hours? Do you do emergencies?
Our standard hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. For emergencies like burst pipes, no power or a blocked sewer, we’re available 24/7 and offer same-day service. Call 1300 522 107.
